From July 10 to 14, 2023, a partner meeting under the Erasmus+ project was held in Paris, France. This 5-day training program brought together 6 participants from each partner country (Turkey, Poland, and France), including local French participants, to enhance their IT skills and develop tools for effective dissemination of project results.

Objectives of the Training

The training aimed to:

  • Equip participants with practical IT skills such as creating slides, presentations, newsletters, websites, and blogs using HTML.
  • Teach participants to record and edit videos to effectively share their project experiences.
  • Provide insights into media literacy, privacy, security, and intellectual property rights.

Program Highlights

The training featured a structured program:

  • Day 1: Ice-breaker and warm-up activities; overview of the software tools.
  • Day 2: Creating slides and newsletters.
  • Day 3: Video creation and editing techniques.
  • Day 4: Introduction to HTML and coding for building websites and blogs.
  • Day 5: Legal considerations and best practices for public technology use.

Outcomes and Deliverables

Participants created several tangible outputs, including:

  • Personalized videos showcasing their project experiences.
  • Presentations introducing their autobiographies.
  • Sample HTML pages and blogs.
  • An e-guide on ICT safety and privacy, developed by the French partner.

Evaluation and Certification

The event was evaluated using online questionnaires prepared by the hosting partner. Participants received Certificates of Attendance, and Europass Mobility Documents were issued upon request.

Target Audience

The participants were adults affiliated with partner organizations or actively engaged in adult education. While there were no strict eligibility criteria, priority was given to individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, such as the unemployed, low-paid, or elderly, as well as those with limited IT skills. These participants were expected to:

  • Share their experiences and skills with their local communities.
  • Act as mentors or trainers for other adults in their regions.

Future Dissemination

Following the training, each partner will organize local events to share the knowledge and skills gained during the meeting. These events will include workshops, job shadowing, and collaborative meetings, ensuring the sustainability and broader impact of the project.

This productive meeting in Paris not only fostered international collaboration but also empowered participants with digital tools to amplify the reach and effectiveness of the Erasmus+ project.
